From cafes to cookies
As foodie lovers, Costas and Rita Yiangou were a part of the Melbourne cafe community when in 2003, the idea of a biscuit bakery captured their dream of sharing delicious cafe quality treats far and wide. For Costas and Rita, relationships matter most and they listened to their customers to create a cookies and biscuits range using only premium ingredients. They remain a 100% Australian owned family business and you’ll still find them in the bakery each day, with flour on their hands.
Recipes old and new
Sweet, crumbly, buttery, traditional or a superfood creation, it’s a range both indulgent and generous. As customers desires have changed, so too has Costas Biskotery. The range includes gluten-free biscuits and cookies along with protein bites featuring raw and vegan ingredients so that no one misses out on an indulgent moment.
Memories made
Costas and Rita’s children have grown up helping decorate cookies, and their Greek and Cypriot culture has infused their business with a generous spirit. They love nothing more than seeing a customer come back for another bite of their Costas Biskotery favourite. They are passionate about being the preferred brand of indulgent and gluten-free biscuits and cookies baked in Australia.

Our Bakery
With the friendly bustle of a bakery (not a factory), our small diverse team bakes the many thousands of indulgent cookies and biscuits largely by hand. We line our bakery shelves with only premium Australian flour, white and brown sugars, and the purest butter from Australian and New Zealand farms. Whether you’re stocking our range or enjoying our biscuits and cookies in a cafe, purchasing online or picking up from our Coburg bakery, we love that they reach you tasting fresh and delicious.
